At FITTINGS SPECIALISTEN AS, we feel a great ethical responsibility towards both our employees as well as our suppliers.
We set up the following ethical requirements for our suppliers:

• We will under no circumstances accept any form of child labor.
• We are completely opposed to the use of forced labor.
• Discrimination must not occur in FITTINGS SPECIALISTEN's suppliers.
• Employee health and safety always comes first.
• Employment terms for the supplier's staff must be top notch.
• We require that our suppliers operate with a high regard for the environment.

We are constantly trying to control our suppliers to ensure that the above requirements are met, for instance during the management's travels to Asia several times a year. See example of such a visit here.
 
At FITTINGS SPECIALISTEN AS customers mean everything. We owe them our existence, and customer care is therefore extremely important. The following are our guidelines for customer care:

• Our customers are served with courtesy and respect.
• When we receive an order, the goods are shipped the same day. If this is not possible, the customer must be informed.
• If items are backordered, we inform the customer the same day and write it on the invoice/delivery note. No extra freight costs are ever added when we send a backorder.
