Ordering

Can I order online without being previously registrered as a customer?
No, you have to be registrered as an online customer with us before you can order via the home page. FITTINGS SPECIALISTEN AS only deals with account customers and we do not accept credit cards.

How do I know that my order went through correctly?
Once you have sent your order, you'll receive an email order confirmation shortly after.

I made an error in the order I sent, how do I change that?
If you discover an error in your order, after you've sent it, you must contact our sales department immediately on phone number: +45 75 945 955. Since our ordering system is very efficient, we cannot guarantee that it is possible to correct your order before it has been picked in the warehouse.

What does it mean that a product is out of stock?
Great demand may result in products not in stock. If an item is not in stock, you can still order it in which case we'll ship it to you as soon as we re-stock.

Delivery costs
Freight costs cover handling and charges.
Our main freighter is GLS but we may use other means of transport with very big or heavy parcels. The costs are calculated from weight and volume of the total order.
 
Personal collect
It is possible to pick up your order in person at our address:

There is typically a 15 minute delay from your order confirmation till the order is picked and ready for pick-up.

Collect fee: There's a DKK 25,00 fee when you pick up your ordered goods in the warehouse.
