Returning goods under right of cancellation
According to law there is a 14 day cancellation right on goods bought online.
If you regret an online purchase, you may return the goods within 14 days after receipt. Simply ship them to us with delivery note/invoice enclosed and we'll check them, re-stock them and send you a credit note.

Returning goods in other cases
It is also possible to return goods after the 14 day cancellation right, if we're talking standard items. Just remember that we charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Special items cannot be returned.

Warranty
According to law there is a 2 year limited warranty on our goods.
If you have received a wrong, defective or deficient item, the easiest will be to contact us on phone +45 75 945 955. Sometimes when it's a cheap item there'll be no need to return it but the normal procedure would be to return the item and we will send you the correct/a new flawless item.
