The warehouse robot 

In the Spring of 2005 we invested € 1/2 mio. in a Univeyor load system for our warehouse. With this investment we can handle more than 1200 item lines in a normal 8 hour shift. We are still rapidly expanding and want to make sure that we can service our customers in a professional manner.

The Univeyor load system is 40 meters long and 7 meters tall. It holds 5,500 plastic trays, that may be split in up to 16 boxes. When full, it contains more than 45,000 different fittings.

The warehouse robot gives us multiple advantages:
